- Staging homes to maximize sales price and minimize time on the market
- Established relationships with skilled tradespeople who can assist with projects ranging from complete remodels to routine maintenance and repairs required as part of the selling process.
- Familiarity with homes, neighborhoods and marketing trends in Poway, Rancho Bernardo and the North County area. I have been in the top 1% of Realtors in Poway and Rancho Bernardo from 2002 to present based in the number of detached home transactions I have completed during that period.
