Outstanding RealtorLiz Bienstock was not only our realtor, but became a friend. After interviewing many realtors, we decided on Liz because she arrived at our home with research in hand and was very professional in her presentation. She was the only realtor who presented comps and a possible listing price at our first meeting. Her calmness and friendliness assured us that she was the right fit for our home of 36 years. We knew our house would sell quickly, so we looked for someone who would guide us through the process with confidence and assurance; this was Liz. She not only professionally presented the offers, but respected all legal aspects and courtesy to the potential buyer. In addition, Liz consistently offered her availability if we were not home while inspections and appraisal were being done; she even offered her time to sit at our house when the requested work, by the buyers, was being done. She advised us as to the status of everything and offered recommendations of contractors and other specialists in order for us to complete the inspection requests. All in all, Liz is not only the most amazing realtor, she is a wonderful and caring person who is dedicated to her profession.
