I bring 30+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and a corporate manager to the field of residential real estate sales. I have a passion for real estate and am proud to have bought and sold homes of my own, while also buying and managing rental properties in both Phoenix and California.  My years of work and property experience have provided me with a multi-dimensional knowledge of real estate; I am able to see the opportunities from multiple lifestyle perspectives, including, family, investment and happiness. My goal is to use what I have learned to help my clients find homes that they love to live in while making sound financial decisions.

I believe that the multiple perspectives on home ownership can be synergistic.  I have learned that the multiple goals of home ownership build upon one another.  Research shows that when you own a home that matches your needs and abilities, it leads to a better quality of life for you and your family.  At the same time, possessing a home is a time-proven way to build personal and generational wealth through increased equity ownership as well as appreciation over time.

I work with Coldwell Banker so that I can use their vast networks and tools to help my clients achieve multiple goals with their real estate desires.  Having worked in service management for over 30 years, while also owning and operating a service business for 14 years, I know how important it is to:

1) Understand your personal needs, expectations and desires that will lead to your happy home,

2) Always communicate important information and progress,

3) Protect your interests throughout the involved process, and

4) Manage the involved steps and contractual processes that lead to a successful transaction.

I prioritize getting to know each of my clients and understanding their individual expectations; sharing my knowledge of Phoenix and the Valley; and smoothing out the complications of the sales process.  When I’m not selling and buying homes for my clients, I am blessed to be the father of a teenage son.  Together, we live in the Central Corridor, where I have made my home for over 30 years.  I hold a BA in Psychology, and a Master’s in Business Administration.  My son and I enjoy hiking, biking, going to Suns games, dining out at local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
