Her vast knowledge of the buyers market, her ability to showcase my home online, holding multiple Open Houses, and numerous private showings resulted in the sale of my home in less than 3 weeks! I met Susan two years ago when she helped our son and his family find their home. She wasn't interested in selling them a home she was interested in making sure they found the right home for their family. She treated them like one of their own which every mom is grateful for. At the time my husband and I knew we would be purchasing in the next couple of years and had no doubt Susan would be our realtor. Fast forward to today and we closed on our home on November 30th. Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She quickly became like family and fought for us like family would(in the most professional way)! Susan worked with us from out of state and when we arrived locally and was available to answer questions, offer advice, contact builders, agents, loan officers, etc for us. She was a comforting force throughout a stressful process! She’s sassy, sweet, and amazing at her job! We are so grateful we got to work with her and plan to keep in touch because she’s so great. Susan is military friendly and was great in assisting us in negotiating things with our new construction home builders and agents with a VA loan lender. She advocated for us to get as many military benefits as possible and was always available and responsive to us. We cannot say enough about her to clearly depict how awesome and knowledgable she is!

Words really cannot explain how much of a help Susan was during our search for a new place to rent. Our landlord gave my roommate and I 1 month notice to move out of our condo ??. Though the thought of finding a place to live so soon was pretty stressful at first, Susan went above and beyond to make sure our minds were at ease throughout the whole process. She provided us with many promising listings on day one of our search, ALWAYS communicated in a timely manner so that we could get showings scheduled and booked as quickly as possible, and gave us every bit of information we needed (and info we didn't even know we needed!). Aside from all of the hard work she put in to make sure that our search was as stress-free as possible, she was just an overall JOY to be around! Always making sure we were doing alright and having a pleasant experience. Can't recommend Susan enough!

Susan is a great person to work with due to her knowledge, drive, patience and responsiveness. My wife and I were in the process of retiring and moving across the country but we couldn't do so until we found the right property which took well over a year. Then on a Wednesday we called her and told her to list our propery as soon as possible, by Friday afternoon it was listed and by the end of the weekend it was sold. So how did she do it? Because she did all of the heavy work upfront (professional pictures, forms, check in calls, etc.) so when the time came to put it on the market she was ready to go and it made a huge difference. We definitely recommend using Susan, besides being an outstanding agent she's even a better person!


