For sellers, I develop a customized strategy designed to showcase each home at its very best. This may include pricing guidance, soft staging, professional photography, video and digital marketing, social media exposure, broker outreach, and thoughtfully planned open houses. My goal is to create a distinctive presentation that attracts qualified buyers and positions the property to achieve the strongest possible result.

For buyers and relocation clients, I provide much more than a list of available homes. I help clients understand communities, evaluate property values, recognize potential concerns, compare opportunities, and negotiate confidently. Having relocated many times myself, I understand that choosing a home also means choosing a lifestyle, neighborhood, and community.

Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in marketing, management, customer service, training, and business development. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, I worked with Nissan Motor Corporation, coordinating automotive events across the country and facilitating dealership training in customer satisfaction and negotiation. I later served as an Assistant Branch Manager with Wells Fargo and helped two start-up companies establish strong foundations for growth.

These experiences continue to shape the way I serve my real estate clients today. I understand how to market effectively, communicate professionally, solve problems calmly, and negotiate strategically. Most importantly, I believe every client deserves attentive service, honest guidance, and an advocate who treats their goals as a priority.
