Growing up in Colorado gave me an appreciation for the outdoors; jogging, hiking, and biking. Arizona has many warm days to offer for these interests. Moving to New York City as a young adult opened my eyes to a world culture, culinary experiences and the arts on a massive scale. The Greater Phoenix Communities have grown to encompass all of this and more; there are many surprises to discover. Raising two children into young adults in Arizona has given me a family perspective to keep in mind when purchasing homes with safe neighborhoods, schools, activities, camps, everything from babies to adults.
Over the past 16 years, I have been a real estate investor through my business, buying/selling properties and running a vacation rental company. This experience has given me a unique insight into being a client (buyer seller), which I have been using successfully as an agent for ten years.
