Liz Montaner began her real estate career in 2007 after a very successful 25 year career in magazine advertising sales in New York, Washington DC, and Annapolis, and quickly earned a spot on the Coldwell Banker MidAtlantic Top 100 Agents list where she consistently remained. In 2018, Liz formed a real estate team to provide a higher level of service to her clients. Lori Hill and Kate Hopkins joined Liz as full time agents, along with Janna Milan as the Crew coordinator.

Liz and her husband, Richard, lived in a water privileged community in Severna Park for 22 years while raising their 2 children. In 2013 Liz and Richard moved to downtown Annapolis where they enjoy a very walkable empty nest lifestyle. In addition to practicing real estate, Liz enjoys boating all over the Chesapeake Bay and is involved in numerous charitable organizations, particularly those focused on mental health.

Kate Hopkins has been making waves in the real estate industry since earning the prestigious ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in her first year in real estate. After more than a decade of working independently, Kate joined the Let's Move Crew at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2023 and assumed team leadership in February 2024. Kate and the Crew are routinely recognized as a Top Team at Coldwell Banker, achieving elite Diamond Status as well as memberships in the exclusive Master’s Club and Distinguished Sales Achievement Club.

Licensed as an Associate Broker, Kate's expertise is backed by an impressive array of accreditations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). She also holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a master’s in public policy from the College of William. Additionally, she is deeply committed to her community and actively supports local charities such as Anne Arundel County CASA, the Maritime Museum, the Lighthouse Shelter, and Anne Arundel County SPCA.

Lori was in the financial services industry for over three decades with Chevy Chase Bank and Capital One. In addition to building out the mid-Atlantic off premise (non-branch) ATM portfolio for Chevy Chase, she also refined and expanded the same for Capital One. Her most recent experience at Capital One was managing their mid-Atlantic retail portfolio as a senior transaction manager, to include expansion of the Capital One Cafe experience in the DC area with the leasing and purchase of their Chinatown and Georgetown locations. Lori has been involved extensively with Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE), a professional organization that promotes women in the industry and networking for all (wirre.org), for nearly two decades. She is a WIRRE past president, treasurer, program and current membership co-chair. In addition, she also volunteers as team manager for her daughter's soccer team and on her community pool board. Lori is also an avid yogi and holds a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She lives in Shipley's Choice with her husband, two daughters and two dogs (for a well rounded 6 ring circus!).
