So here is the range of possible sales prices. The low is doing virtually nothing to the house and the top is completing a transformation from a team like Nurture Source. I believe your property could reach as much as 3 million if there were a lot of remodels to the kitchen and bathrooms. But the rate of return on doing such work would not be on the positive side..
